Do you offer live chat?

Yes, you can live chat with us 8am - 8pm weekdays, 9am - 5pm Saturdays and 10am - 2pm Sundays. We offer live chat across our sales pages, within the Customer Portal and on this FAQ page. Look out for the red tab at the bottom right of the page.

If you can’t see the red tab during these times it’s just because our experts are busy chatting with other customers. Don’t worry though, you can always call us.
