I work during the hours that 1st CENTRAL Instalment Enquiries are open and cannot call in, what can I do?
If you would like to make a payment, you can do so online at https://www.1stcentralinsurance.com/payment.
Simply log in by entering your email address, policy number (this starts with FPM or PMC) and date of birth.
Alternatively, if you have nominated someone else to provide instructions on your behalf, please ask them to call our Instalment Enquiries Team, open Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm on 0333 043 2088.
You can also call Customer Services on 0333 043 2066 between 8am-8pm weekdays. 9am-5pm Saturdays and 10am-2pm Sundays, they may be able to help with your enquiry.
